After 30 to 45 seconds, it begins to foam heavily, while simultaneously pushing the dirt, grease and oxides to the outer surface of the coil where they can be easily rinsed with water.  COBRA does not atomize, there is no burning sensation to the user's hands and arms. Biodegradable, phosphate free and USDA authorized. VOC content is 0%. Reduced fuming and odorless.
