Terms & Conditions

To expedite your orders quickly and efficiently, please email a copy of your sales tax exemption certificate and W9 to: info@onestopchemicalshop.com. Orders will not be shipped until these documents have been uploaded in our system.

Sales Policies:

• If we have your credit card number on file and can run your card the day your order is shipped, there will be no charge for credit card transactions.
• Customers who maintained good payment history with One Stop Chemical Shop will be given credit terms with One Stop Chemical Shop. Credit terms are 1/10, net 30.
• Minimum orders are $50. For orders less than $50, there will be a $7.50 small order processing fee.

How to Place an Order:

• Place items in cart. Proceed through checkout process on onestopchemicalshop.com.
• Orders will be processed each day. You will receive an email order confirmation before your order ships. It is your responsibility to check your orders for accuracy. Please check your order confirmations quickly, as we are shipping orders out quickly each day.

• We will not break cases to fulfill orders.
• When ordering Fresh Products items, you must order by the box and not the case. For example, you may order 1 box of Mango Wave 3D Urinal Screens and 1 box of Cotton Blossom Wave 3D Urinal Screens. You can also order 6 boxes of Honeysuckle Tidal Wave Urinal Screens.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns & exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Any returns without prior authorization will not be issued credit. Only unused items, suitable for resale will be acccepted. A restocking fee of 25% plus freight charges applies for all returns and will be deducted from your refund.
