One Stop Chemical Shop Shipping Policy
Please note that a small number of products may require an additional surcharge due to special delivery needs that result from factors such as product weight and size. To avoid any surprises, we will contact customers before orders are shipped in these rare instances for their approval.
Orders Less Than $50
A $5.00 small order processing fee is charged to customers who are signed into their OneStopChemicalShop.com account when they place an order totaling less than $50 (before tax) that is shipped to one address within the contiguous United States. This $5.00 shipping and handling fee will not be charged for items that incur an associated delivery surcharge as described above.
Orders over $50
Except for certain exceptions noted below, no shipping and handling is charged to customers who are signed into their OneStopChemicalShop.com account for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States.
Please note: Customers who check out as a guest with an order less than $75 before tax will have shipping and handling charges added to their order.
Carriers
We use UPS instead of FedEx for all small package shipments. If you wish to use your FedEx account on an order, you will be charged a $5.00 FedEx Fee per package. FedEx charges us a fee per package to come to our location to pick up shipments and we will pass that fee to you. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates apply for all orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Fuel surcharges may also be applied.
International and P.O. Box Orders
One Stop Chemical Shop only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S. Orders to AK or HI or international destinations will not be processed. One Stop Chemical Shop does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier's website.
Possible Additional Charges for Residential and Limited Access Deliveries
We are pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders within the continental United States. However, certain delivery locations and services may incur additional charges due to carrier fees. These charges are not covered under our standard free shipping policy and will be the responsibility of the customer.
Additional Charges May Apply For:
- Residential Deliveries: Deliveries to residential addresses, including home-based businesses, may incur additional fees
- Limited Access Locations: Deliveries to locations that are not easily accessible or require special handling, such as:
- Farms, ranches, or rural areas
- Schools, colleges, or universities
- Churches or places of worship
- Construction sites
- Mini storage units
- Military bases or government facilities
- Prisons or correctional facilities
- Golf courses or country clubs
- Remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Liftgate Service: If the delivery location does not have a loading dock or forklift, and a liftgate is required to unload the shipment, additional fees will apply.
Fee Structure for truck deliveries;
- Residential Delivery Fee: $25 per shipment
- Liftgate Service Fee: $30 per shipment
- Limited Access Delivery Fee: $25 per shipment, depending on location and carrier
These fees are based on standard carrier charges and may vary.
Order Size Considerations:
For large orders (e.g., 50 cases or more), especially those delivered to residential or limited access locations, additional charges may be significant. We recommend contacting our customer service team prior to placing such orders to discuss delivery options and potential fees.
Recommendations to Avoid Additional Charges:
- Commercial Delivery Address: Whenever possible, provide a commercial delivery address with a loading dock or forklift access.
- Freight Terminal Pickup: Consider picking up your order from the carrier’s local freight terminal to avoid residential or limited access delivery fees.
- Advance Coordination: Contact our customer service team to coordinate delivery details and ensure all necessary services are arranged
