BIO-ZYME is specially formulated to digest and eliminate tough foul odors caused by urine and other organic matter from carpets, upholstery, restrooms, drains, grease traps and garbage disposals.
DIRECTIONS
Garbage areas, chutes and dumpsters: For long-term concentrated deodorizing, mix a 5:1 solution in a pump-up sprayer and completely saturate the area. To clean and deodorize, use 32:1 solution and a low-pressure hose end sprayer.
Hallways, elevators, and jail cells: To eliminate odors, spray troublesome areas along baseboards and in corners with a 10:1 solution using a pump-up sprayer or trigger sprayer with a straight stream. To clean and deodorize, wipe or mop hard surfaces with a 32:1 solution.
Grease traps, drains and garbage disposals: To control odors and help with the digestion of organic waste, initially treat the drain with 6-8 oz of product. Follow up with weekly maintenance doses of 2-4 oz.
Marine, RV, and portable toilets/holding tanks: After cleaning, pour 8 oz. of product into the tank for long-lasting odor control and to aid in the digestion of organic waste. Patient rooms, dormitories, and hotel rooms: Using a trigger sprayer at the broadest setting, spray a 20:1 solution in malodorous unoccupied areas.
Pet areas and kennels: To eliminate odors, spray troublesome areas with a 15:1 solutionusing a pump-up sprayer or trigger sprayer with a straight stream. For daily cleaning and odor control, wash all hard surfaces with a 32:1 solution.
Washrooms, locker rooms, and shower rooms: For long-term concentrated deodorizing, spray all surfaces with a ligh mist of BIO-ZYME diluted 10:1 with water. Pay special attention around the base and sides of fixtures. To deodorize and clean, wipe, or mop surfaces with a 32:1 solution.
NOTE: Sustained contact with vinyl and other plastics may cause discoloration. Rinse overspray from these surfaces. Concentrated overspray may discolor carpeting, vinyl wallpaper, or vinyl flooring. Never use product undiluted for cleaning or spray deodorizing.
