Aquanism - 12 x 1 Quart

Aquanism is a powerful solution for tackling waste and odor problems in municipal waste systems, septic tanks, grease traps, and drains. Formulated with a unique blend of aerobic and anaerobic microorganisms, Aquanism works naturally to break down grease, sludge, and other organic waste materials, promoting a cleaner, more dynamic waste management system. Designed to reduce unpleasant hydrogen sulfide odors, Aquanism ensures your systems remain fresh and odor-free, even under the toughest conditions. By maintaining open sewers, drains, pipes, and grease traps, Aquanism helps prevent costly blockages and backups.
DIRECTIONS
Grease Traps: This product should be flushed down the nearest drain leading to the grease trap or applied directly to the trap. Use 8 ounces of product for each 20 to 25 cubic feet of capacity, every three days for first week. Thereafter, for preventative maintenance use 4 ounces twice a week for each grease trap.
Food Processing & Industrial Mfg. Plants: There are many processing plants and industrial mfg. plants that have ponds, lagoons and other retention areas. These plants should be using this product for treating their waste in these areas. On the initial application it should be a ratio of 1 1/2 parts per million.
Municipal Waste Processing Plants & Sewage Plants: When product is applied to municipal waste processing plants and sewage systems it will reduce hydrogen sulfide, biological oxygen demand (BOD) and chemical oxygen demand (COD). After the application of this product to the system, it will take approximately 30 to 90 days before a noticeable reduction in the hydrogen sulfide, BOD and COD will occur. This has to do with the flow of the influent entering the plant. For best results, it should be applied directly in the setting tanks for these types of systems. Many problems often arise in other areas of waste treatment plants. Example, if a problem should exist in the digester of the trickling filter, it is recommended that this product be applied directly to that area. It should be used on a 6 to 1 ratio for the first 3 days (1 1/2 gallons to each 1 million gallons of flow per day). After the 3rd day, a ratio of 1/2 part per million should be used on a regular daily schedule.
